1. Campaign Overview
The CHESSO 30-Day Mastermind Challenge (“Campaign”) is a skill-based promotional contest organized by CHESSO. One eligible participant will be selected each day for a period of 30 days to receive an Apple AirPods Pro as a reward.
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google or Apple.
2. Eligibility
To participate, users must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a valid Google Play account
- Download and play the CHESSO mobile application “Click here“
- Participate during the campaign period
Employees, partners, or affiliates of CHESSO are not eligible.
3. How to Participate
To enter the daily challenge, participants must:
- Play CHESSO and defeat the in-game AI (any difficulty above Medium)
- Leave an honest review on Google Play Store
- Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative
- No specific rating is required
- Submit participation details on the official CHESSO website, including:
- In-game username
- Screenshot of AI victory
- Screenshot of submitted Play Store review
- Valid email address
⚠️ Submissions without valid proof may be rejected.
4. Review Policy Compliance
- The campaign does not require a positive or 5-star review
- Reviews must be honest and voluntary
- CHESSO does not influence or moderate the content of user reviews
This campaign complies fully with Google Play Developer Policies.
5. Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected each day
- Winners are selected based on:
- Valid gameplay proof
- Successful AI victory
- Valid review submission
- The decision of CHESSO is final and binding
Only one prize per user is allowed for the entire campaign.
6. Prize Details
- Prize: Apple AirPods Pro
- No cash alternative or exchange
- Prize delivery may take 7–14 working days
- Shipping availability depends on the winner’s country
CHESSO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
7. Fraud & Disqualification
CHESSO reserves the right to disqualify participants if:
- Fake screenshots or manipulated data are submitted
- Multiple entries are made using the same identity
- Any form of misuse, abuse, or unfair practice is detected
8. Data Usage & Privacy
- Personal data collected is used only for campaign verification
- No data will be sold or shared with third parties
- Data handling complies with applicable privacy laws

9. Campaign Changes
CHESSO reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign
- Change prizes or rules if necessary
- Reject entries that violate these terms
Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
10. Limitation of Liability
CHESSO shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues
- Network failures
- Incomplete or lost submissions
- Any indirect or consequential losses
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Organizer’s jurisdiction.
